A former client during Design4’s formative years, Lesley Bateman drove a full and successful corporate career in technology products directly to the agency side off-ramp marked ‘Public Policy.’ An early adopter of e-technology – even before everyone began putting “e” in front of their words – she led the successful communication efforts to drive web traffic and sales while at a Fortune 500 company. She’s experienced in branding companies, market data analysis for new business expansion, focus group and research surveys, introducing new products, and reaching targeted demographics across multiple markets…it’s no wonder we gave her an office with a “big picture” window.

Lesley brings a unique blend of business management and marketing planning experience to Design4 clients. She’s held senior positions at technology companies such as AT&T Paradyne, Switch and Data, and Liquidmetal Technologies, as well as serving in the not-for-profit world with the American Lung Association, Family First, and a major pregnancy resource center. She’s also garnered millions of dollars through grant funding and led the expansion of abstinence education in one of the largest school districts in the nation.

Lesley heads client service, digital media and new business development efforts for Design4.

She serves on the board of Life Impact Network. She loves reading, gardening, and travelling. Most recently she discovered that although she was raised with outdoor hunting dogs, she’s now partial to Morkies and Schnorkies, especially those named Bucky and Bandit. She’s married to her high school sweetheart and they have two adult daughters. Lesley received her BS in Journalism/Public Relations from the University of Florida and her Master’s in Public Administration from the University of South Florida.
